UL Certified and Quality Assurance Process: All PCB’s are made under UL certified (File Ref:E203276) using FR-4 Glass/Epoxy Laminate- lead free and Bromine/Halogen free and meets IPC-6011 and IPC-6012A and ISO 9001/2008 certification.
Lead Times:  2, 3 or 5 days. Standard delivery is fives days with orders confirmed by 10am qualifying as day 1.
Quotes:  Quote turn around within in the same day subject to all files being complete.
Workable Area and Panel Size: Workable area Panel1= 274mmx428mm, Panel2= 274mmx376mm, Panel3= 274mmx274mm and Panel4= 198mmx376mm. Set up your file to one of the above workable Areas. Choose the size that will provide you the best yield.
Design guidelines: No Pad required for NPTH.  Pads required for both sides for PTH.
Maximum of 3 designs per panel- allow 5mm between designs for routing (Std 2.0mmrout). No rotation.  Files to be supplied already set out or arrayed to selected workable area.
Technical Requirements: CAD Data= Protel (support up to 99SE). CAD outputs= Gerber RS274X, NC/Excellon Drill/Rout. Mechanical drawings including clear distinction between PTH and Non PTH (NPTH) holes. Fully dimensioned profiles with tolerances. Drill/Tool list to identify NPTH holes.
SINGLE LAYER: 1 Panel on 5 day delivery $325.00
- Includes 1xsolder mask, 1xsilk screen overlay, rout and drill.
2 LAYER: 1 Panel on 5 day delivery $375.00
- Includes 2xsolder mask, 1xsilk screen overlay, rout and drill. 
2 LAYER PTH: 1 Panel 5 day delivery $450.00 00
- Includes 2xsolder mask, 1xsilk screen overlay, rout and drill.
Testing:  Electrical Testing is available at - $55.00
EXTRA: 2 day delivery -  30%,  3 day- 20%.  Non Green solder mask- $25.  Additional silk screen- plus $30, V Score(must be straight array) plus $35. Extra rout $25 per tool. Extra PCB design (more than 3) plus $75.00. Non standard copper start- plus $30 (std=18 microns)  Freight charges.  All prices are quoted Exclusive of GST.
All boards are supplied in panels only (routed or scored) Delivery times quoted are ex factory- allow for over night courier.
