Technical Requirements

To help us give you an accurate quotation and prompt reply on all printed circuit board inquiries, we need the following information:

Mechanical Drawings

The mechanical drawing must show:

  • a clear distinction between the PTH and NPTH holes
  • fully dimensioned profiles with tolerances
  • a common datum for drill and profile.

We require Gerber format output files from your CAD, and an Aperture Table, or the Protel Design file.

Design Rules

    No pad required for NPTH
    Pads required on both sides for PTH
    0.005" minimum track and gap spacing
